Why the heck aren't we talking about what is going on with our "va jay jay's" Our vaginas are so key to our overall wellbeing and it is something women should be talking about.
I loved the conversation I had with Kim Vopni. So much invaluable information about vaginas and what we need to do to maintain vaginal health. Kim Vopni is a self-professed pelvic floor evangelist and is known as the vagina coach. She is an author, a speaker, and a women's health educator. Kim was one of the co-founders of Bellies Inc and is also the founder of Pelvienne Wellness - a company offering online programs and coaching to women.
