Andrea’s nutritional journey has been a powerful testament to listening to her body’s needs. After five years on a vegan diet, she transitioned to Keto in 2020 to address her health needs more deeply. Then, in May 2024, she made the switch to a Carnivore diet, and the results have been nothing short of transformative.
